Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing telecom construction projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to ETS’s quality standards. The Construction Project Manager will coordinate project activities across field crews, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, while maintaining accurate documentation and clear communication throughout each project’s lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple telecom construction projects from inception to closeout.
• Track projects in our Sitetracker project management application, ensuring all milestones, deliverables, and documentation are accurate and current.
• Oversee field crews and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
• Coordinate and maintain electronic project files, including NTPs, POs, invoices, and material documentation.
• Prepare and deliver project updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on department metrics, providing insight for continuous improvement.
• Support project scheduling, resource allocation, and issue resolution to keep projects on track.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of telecom construction project management experience.
• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma with relevant experience considered.
• Strong familiarity with cell towers, telecom infrastructure, and construction practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; Sitetracker experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate field crews while balancing multiple priorities.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be available for a minimum of 40 hours per week, with travel up to 60% of the work week.
• Must be able to travel to multiple job sites, including overnight stays, as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet insurance eligibility requirements.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
