- Travel throughout the U.S. about 80% of the time (Monday–Friday).
- Work closely with project managers and crews to keep projects on track.
What We’re Looking For:
- ACI Field Grade I and ICC Soils & Concrete certifications — or the ability to earn them within 6 months (we’ll help you get there).
- Experience in construction and basic knowledge of construction material testing.
- Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable under company policy.
Additional Requirements:
- Expect to travel 80% of the time (Monday–Friday).
- Ability to perform physical work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- We maintain a zero-tolerance policy requiring pre-employment drug screening, post-accident and random testing, along with a background check (no felony convictions) for all team members.
What We Offer:
- Salary range of $60,000 – $65,000, based on experience.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, PTO, and 401(k).
- Opportunities for growth and development in a supportive environment.
- Collaborative company culture focused on innovation.
