Structural Engineer I

We’re seeking a motivated Structural Engineer I to join our team. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with up to two years of relevant work experience in steel and concrete structures. You’ll work on critical infrastructure projects and build hours toward your Professional Engineer license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analyses of telecommunications structures (towers, mounts, platforms).
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare and finalize structural reports, adhering to industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams and clients.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and relevant codes.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Detail-oriented, analytical problem-solver, and adaptable team player.
• Strong communication skills and a desire for continuous learning.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet insurance eligibility requirements.
