Engineering Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Engineering Project Coordinator to support our growing engineering and construction operations. This role is central to ensuring projects are properly set up, tracked, and closed out, while providing critical support to client managers and our engineering teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, efficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and organization make a direct impact on project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up new projects in the company’s project management system and create project folders following company standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic filing of project documents, including client notifications, purchase orders, invoices, and material records.
- Retrieve and control project documentation to ensure proper versioning, organization, and accessibility.
- Track department metrics, prepare reports, and support performance monitoring.
- Assist client managers with project tracking, milestone management, and preparation of closeout documentation.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across engineering and construction teams.
- Communicate with clients as needed to provide updates, documentation, and general support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting, document management, and communication.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in project records and reports.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with clients.
- Familiarity with telecommunications, wireless infrastructure, or construction projects is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- Standard Monday–Friday schedule, with supervisor-approved flexibility between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- This is an in-office role, though we may be able to offer some flexibility or hybrid arrangements for individuals who demonstrate strong self-management and the ability to work effectively without close supervision.
What We Offer:
- Salary range of $55,000 – $ 65,000, based on experience.
