A&E Project Manager Lead

We’re seeking a motivated A&E Project Manager Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for a highly experienced A&E professional with extensive experience in the wireless telecommunication industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare designs for rawland and macro tower installations.
- Assistance with the internal management of specific projects.
- Review project proposals.
- Provide technical guidance to internal teams and clients.
- Site visits as needed to support A&E-related tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or similar.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and relevant codes.
- 10+ years of directly relevant experience.
- Experience in managing production forecasts and client interaction.
- Previous experience working with private development projects in the telecommunications industry and versed in attaining agency approvals with municipalities, state, and federal entities.
- Experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D preferred.
- Detail-oriented, analytical problem-solver, and adaptable team player.
- Strong communication skills and a desire for continuous learning.
Additional Requirements:
- This is a full-time, in-office position. You can expect to be out in the field 10% of the time.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet insurance eligibility requirements.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.

- Salary range of $95,000 – $105,000, based on experience.
