Field Engineer - Inspections
Full-time

Do you thrive on adventure and love working with your hands? How about seeing the world from 300 feet in the air? If the answer to both questions is yes, then we have the perfect opportunity for you.
We’re seeking a motivated Field Engineer to join our team. This isn’t your typical desk job. You’ll be out in the field, climbing towers, collecting data, and making a direct impact on the infrastructure that keeps people connected. The role involves plenty of travel, but it also means you’ll get to see new places across the country while working on unique, meaningful projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Climb and inspect tower structures using engineering design documents and checklists.
- Work closely with your crew lead to safely assess and document tower modifications.
- Prepare clear, organized closeout reports following each inspection.
- Follow industry best safety practices with top-tier training and gear provided.
What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technical background).
- A valid driver’s license (must be insurable under company policy).
- Ability to climb towers safely (training provided).
- Comfort with heights (200 feet and higher).
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently while meeting project goals.
Additional Requirements:
- Expect to travel 85% of the time (Monday–Friday).
- Ability to perform physical work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- We maintain a zero-tolerance policy requiring pre-employment drug screening, post-accident and random testing, along with a background check (no felony convictions) for all team members.
What We Offer:
- Salary range of $68,000 – $72,000, based on experience.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, PTO, and 401(k).
- Opportunities for growth and development in a supportive environment.
- Collaborative company culture focused on innovation.
