We’re seeking an experienced Client Project Manager I to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong client management and engineering background, preferably with exposure to civil and structural engineering clients and their projects. You’ll ensure client satisfaction, manage project timelines, and foster strong relationships within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, maintaining regular, proactive communication to ensure high engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional ETS teams to align services with client goals and requirements.
- Oversee project initiation and setup, ensuring all project documentation and communication records are accessible and current.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Address potential issues proactively, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of client management experience, with a strong understanding of engineering project workflows and procedures.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Exposure to civil and structural engineering clients is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Additional Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet insurance eligibility requirements.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.

- Salary range of $70,000 – $ 80,000, based on experience.
