We’re seeking an experienced Client Project Manager I to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong client management and engineering background, preferably with exposure to civil and structural engineering clients and their projects. You’ll ensure client satisfaction, manage project timelines, and foster strong relationships within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, maintaining regular, proactive communication to ensure high engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional ETS teams to align services with client goals and requirements.
  • Oversee project initiation and setup, ensuring all project documentation and communication records are accessible and current.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely delivery meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Address potential issues proactively, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of client management experience, with a strong understanding of engineering project workflows and procedures.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exposure to civil and structural engineering clients is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and meet insurance eligibility requirements.
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check.
