Construction Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Superintendent to join our Construction Team. This role is responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and on-site execution. The Construction Superintendent will coordinate project activities with project managers, engineers, field personnel, and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, on budget, and with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all on-site project activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance.
  • Develop and manage project schedules in partnership with project managers.
  • Manage and mentor project managers, including performance reviews and professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, inspectors, and clients.
  • Lead site safety efforts with a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe practices.
  • Review drawings, submittals, and subcontractor work for accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct and document site meetings, inspections, and quality control checks.
  • Manage project close-out, including punch lists and final inspections.
  • Provide clear, timely communication to project stakeholders, owners, and design teams.
  • Support schedule and budget adjustments to ensure project delivery goals are met.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of telecom construction experience, with 3+ years as a superintendent.
  • 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams and subcontractors.
  • Experience delivering projects of $3M+ in size and complexity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, safety protocols, and subcontractor agreements.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling and project management tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.


Additional Requirements:

  • Must be available for a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Must be able to travel to multiple job sites, including overnight stays, as needed.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and meet insurance eligibility requirements.
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check.
