Senior Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Construction Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing telecom construction projects from bidding through closeout, leading both in-house and subcontracted crews, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The Senior Construction Manager will also mentor and train team members, oversee field operations, and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage telecom construction projects from bid preparation through final closeout.
  • Lead and supervise in-house crews and subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality, and timely execution.
  • Prepare construction bids and collaborate with internal engineering teams and customers.
  • Train and mentor subordinates in safety practices and field duties.
  • Conduct regular and unannounced safety audits of all crews.
  • Develop and maintain weekly crew schedules; provide updates to customers and internal teams.
  • Oversee vehicles, tools, PPE, and warehouse materials to ensure readiness and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation in Sitetracker, including daily reports, labor tracking, and material usage.
  • Review and maintain NTPs, POs, invoices, safety records, and closeout templates.
  • Ensure strict adherence to ETS, federal, state, and industry safety standards.
  • Provide leadership in resolving field, operational, and administrative challenges as they arise.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of telecom construction experience, with at least 3+ years in a management role.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field required.
  • Familiarity with U.S. telecom market, vendors, customers, and material providers.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Sitetracker or other project management software experience preferred.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to manage others effectively.


Additional Requirements:

  • Must be available for a minimum of 40 hours per week
  • Must be able to travel to multiple job sites, including overnight stays, as needed.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and meet insurance eligibility requirements.
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check.
