Structural Engineer III

We’re seeking a motivated Structural Engineer III to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with four or more years of relevant work experience in steel and concrete structures. You’ll work on critical infrastructure projects and build hours toward your Professional Engineer license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform structural analyses of telecommunications structures (towers, mounts, platforms).
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and finalize structural reports in accordance with industry standards.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on reports prepared by junior engineers.
- Guide junior staff in applying engineering principles, industry standards, and best practices.
- Support professional development by fostering a collaborative learning environment and encouraging continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (preferred).
- Comprehensive understanding of structural engineering principles and relevant codes.
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient with tnxTower and RISA-3D analytical tools.
- Detail-oriented, analytical problem-solver, and adaptable team player.
- Strong communication skills and a desire for continuous learning.
Additional Requirements:
- This is a full-time, in-office position.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet insurance eligibility requirements.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
