Build a Career in Wireless Infrastructure
We’re building more than communications networks — we’re building careers. As demand for resilient communications systems continues to grow, so does the need for capable professionals who can design, inspect, and construct it. Whether you’re an experienced engineer, a recent graduate, a certified tower technician, or someone ready to pursue a new, hands-on technical career, we offer meaningful work, real responsibility, and clear paths for growth.

Why Chose ETS?
Our customers measure our performance every day.
In our most recent customer satisfaction survey:

Those results reflect consistent execution, strong relationships, and a culture of accountability.
Customer trust creates steady demand, long-term partnerships, and meaningful opportunity for our company. It reinforces the standards we hold internally — technical rigor, safety discipline, clear communication, and ownership of outcomes.
We are built on performance. And we’re looking for people who want to contribute to it.
How We Build Careers
Engineering, inspection, and construction specialties are not isolated tracks at ETS. They are connected disciplines that strengthen one another.
Wireless infrastructure demands alignment between design, field assessment, and execution. We structure our teams — and our career paths — around that reality:
- Some employees build long-term careers in the field.
- Some start in the field, then transition into technical engineering roles.
- Others join directly as professional engineers, project managers, or in operational leadership.
What matters most is a willingness to take responsibility, learn continuously, and hold yourself to the highest standard.
Engineering
Engineering at ETS is applied, multidisciplinary, and accountable. Our structural, civil (A&E), geotechnical, and construction engineering teams work together to deliver infrastructure that has to perform in the real world.
Our engineers:
- Analyze and modify towers, mounts, and foundations
- Develop zoning, construction, and site development plans
- Conduct geotechnical investigations and foundation evaluations
- Prepare Class IV rigging plans and support complex structural upgrades
- Ensure designs are practical, compliant, and buildable
We expect engineers to understand how their work translates into the field. Many gain exposure to inspections or construction support early in their careers, because strong engineering comes from seeing how structures behave in practice.
If your name is on it, you own it.
Inspections
Inspection at ETS is hands-on, safety-driven work that informs engineering decisions and protects critical infrastructure.
Our teams assess communications structures in real-world conditions and provide the field intelligence that drives sound judgment.
Typical projects include:
- Industry-compliant tower inspections and condition assessments
- Corrosion mapping and structural deficiency identification
- Guy anchor inspections, tension checks, and plumb adjustments
- Pre-modification and end-to-end structural mapping
- Site grounding repairs and maintenance support
- Drone-assisted assessments where appropriate
Inspection at ETS is a skilled and respected path. Whether you remain in the field long-term or use that experience to deepen technical expertise, the expectation is the same.
Do it carefully, safely. Communicate clearly. Stand behind your work.
Construction
Construction at ETS is disciplined execution in the field.
Our teams construct, modify, and repair communications infrastructure that must perform safely and reliably under real-world conditions.
Typical projects include:
- New tower, foundation, and compound construction
- Site maintenance, upgrades, and repair
- Civil engineering work such as land clearing, site leveling, retention wall, and access road development
- Site coordination with engineering and inspection teams to ensure safe, buildable execution
This work demands focus, teamwork, and accountability. When plans meet field conditions, decisions have to be made — safely and correctly.
If you’re comfortable taking responsibility for outcomes and delivering work customers rely on, this is where you can build a serious career.
